You often hear that stone masonry is a dying art. Artificial products (“faux” or cultured stone) made from cement and plastic have largely replaced real stone walls. But nothing matches the beauty and feel of real stone. If you long for the days when craftsmanship wasn’t in short supply, you’ve come to the right place.

Tetristone Masonry was started in Whistler by lead mason David Gilmour in 1997. Over the past two decades, David has built a reputable company with a sterling portfolio of work. He likes to work with a small crew and personally oversees every aspect of the construction process. David and his team are fully licensed and insured. Most of Tetristone’s work is centred in Point Grey, Dunbar, Jericho, Shaughnessy, Kerrisdale, Kitsilano, Southlands, West Vancouver and the Sea-to-Sky Corridor.

Our work and reputation speak for themselves and are familiar to many homeowners. Some of our more recognizable projects in BC include the Chateau Whistler and the Squamish Adventure Centre. See the quality and creativity of our work >
